50-minute sessions focused on your healing, processing the trauma, rebuilding your sense of self, and finding clarity about what comes next.
75-minute Gottman-informed sessions beginning with a thorough assessment. Real work takes time; we don't rush what matters.
Individual sessions $150 · Couples sessions $195. Superbills provided for out-of-network reimbursement.
