I didn't find this work
in a textbook.
I found it in real life.

I found it in watching the ones I love most try to survive theirs; the self-blame, the confusion, the quiet erosion of someone who deserved so much more. I absorbed all of it. And then I lived my own version of it.

Somewhere on the other side of that, I started noticing the same weight showing up in the people around me, friends & family. The same self-blame crossing their lips. The same jadedness in their eyes. The same quiet question underneath everything: what is wrong with me?

Nothing was wrong with them. And in those moments, I knew I wanted to help them see their own value; the way I had finally begun to see mine.

That's what sent me into this work. Not a calling I felt in the abstract but a fire I felt in my chest because I had lived it, watched it, and refused to keep standing on the sidelines.

"I don't want couples to just survive their pain. I want them to build careers, achieve their goals, collect their accolades — and still come home to inner peace. To a love that doesn't cost them themselves."

The woman behind the practice.

Most people call me Nas. I practice across South Florida and specialize in betrayal, affair recovery, and relationship crisis. The moments that break your life open and leave you wondering who you are on the other side.

I am a wife of ten years, a mother to two daughters who are my whole world, and a self-appointed cat mom to the one I affectionately call my son, Simon. I was born and raised in Ohio, joined the Air Force at eighteen, and have spent every year since turning the hard parts of life into something worth living. I am an eldest daughter through and through; tenacious, driven, and deeply committed to the people in my corner.

What I know is this, struggle does not have to be the end of your story. I turned tragedy and difficulty into a life that feels intentional and full. One where I am honored, loved, and grounded in purpose. That is what I want for every person who walks through this door.

  • Warm and calm
    but honest, and never afraid
    of a little challenge.

I will never take the driver's seat in your healing. That seat belongs to you. What I bring is the structure, the clarity, and the steady presence to sit beside you when the mirror of your own life feels too clouded by pain to see clearly. I am a facilitator ; the passenger who helps you navigate, not the one steering the car.

This work is never done in isolation. I operate collaboratively. Regularly seeking supervision and peer consultation to bring a deeper understanding and a broader scope into the therapy room. Your healing deserves more than one perspective, and I am committed to making sure it gets that.

"Don't be surprised by the library in my office or the books with tabs, highlights, and annotations from cover to cover."

I am a researcher at heart. I bring current books, clinical literature, and the latest research directly into the work we do together, not just as homework, but as tools. If something exists that can help you move through this more clearly I will find it. The work we do inside the session is supported by everything I am doing outside of it.

Healing is not a solo journey and it was never meant to be carried by one person alone. I am one part of your team, the trained, judgment-free, always in your corner part, while the rest lives in the relationships, the community, and the life you are actively building around you.
