Group Therapy
We offer two therapist-led groups. Both are small, confidential, and grounded in the same trauma-focused approach we use in individual and couples sessions.
Starting October 02
Learning to Rest, From Surviving to Settling
No matter how good life gets, part of you is still waiting for something to go wrong. Maybe you can't fully relax. Maybe you overthink the good moments or brace for bad news. If you grew up in an unpredictable environment, your nervous system learned that staying on guard was what kept you safe. This group is for women who are ready to finally feel as safe as their lives have become. Through somatic, relational, and trauma-informed work, you'll learn to quiet the hypervigilance, trust stability, and connect with others who truly get it.
After the Affair, A Betrayal Trauma Support Group
Betrayal doesn't just break trust in a relationship. You may find yourself replaying conversations, searching for answers, second-guessing your instincts, or feeling like no one truly understands what you're going through. This group is for those healing from infidelity or betrayal trauma. Through somatic, trauma-informed, and relational work, you'll have a space to process the grief, anger, and hypervigilance betrayal leaves behind alongside others who truly get it. Together, we'll help you reconnect with yourself, trust your intuition again, and move forward with greater clarity, whatever comes next.
