Hello, I’m Will

I help people navigate what's underneath the surface — whether that's conflict between partners, a life transition that's reshaping who you are, ADHD (Adult) that's gone unnamed until adulthood, or questions of identity you're still working out. For couples, that means getting past the surface conflict to what's actually driving it, and rebuilding trust and connection from there.

Much of this work touches on life transitions wether that’s a career shift, a relationship changing shape, or simply reaching a point where who you've become doesn't quite match where you're headed.

I also specialize in ADHD, particularly in adults figuring it out later in life. A late diagnosis can reframe years of self-doubt, disorganization, or feeling "not quite right." It often shows up inside relationships too, as misread intentions, mismatched effort, or friction that neither partner has language for. Whether ADHD is showing up as a couples issue or an individual one, I help clients understand it clearly enough to work with it, not against it.

How I Work

I draw on narrative therapy, solution-focused approaches and CBT. Everyone's story is different, and the way forward isn't always the same for two people. Our work will be about understanding how you got here and building practical, concrete steps toward where you want to go.

Couples Work

I offer couples therapy , using the same relational, Gottman-informed approach I bring to individual work. This can be a good fit for couples navigating a life transition together, or where old patterns from one or both partners' histories are shaping the relationship now.

How We'll Work Together

I offer weekly sessions, depending on what fits your life and the pace you want to move at. I work exclusively private pay so we can go at the depth this work actually requires.
